Reopening March 1st!
We are reopening on Monday, March 1st with a limited monthly based programming schedule.
Thank you for your continued support and patience as we’ve navigated this ever-changing landscape. More information on our reopening plan is outlined below!

We are excited to announce that we will be reopening our facility on Monday, March 1st with a very limited programming schedule. Thank you for your patience as we’ve navigated through the numerous new guidelines and started the process of building out our reopening plan.
One of the big changes you’ll notice is that we are transitioning away from our session based programming for the time being. It has proven to be very challenging and incredibly stressful to plan for longer sessions with the constant changes, closures and cancellations that we have all been experiencing during this pandemic. Therefore, we’ve decided to introduce a new modified monthly based schedule. Participants will now only be committed for the month they are registered for, with the option to re-register for the upcoming month. We hope this change will provide some much needed flexibility and peace of mind during this time of uncertainty. Spots in the next month’s programs are not rolling or guaranteed, but we will provide priority registration for future months to those in the current month’s programs. All current memberships have been placed on pause and have been extended for an additional 3 months (Winter 2020 Memberships are now valid until December 31, 2021 and Fall 2020 Memberships are now valid until March 31, 2022!). We are confident that this will be the best approach for now.
We’ve also had to make some adjustments to our programming in order to meet the current requirements set out by Alberta Health Services. Some of these requirements that significantly impact our facility include:
- No parent viewing
- A maximum of 10 persons per group, which includes all participants, coaches and assistants. Multiple groups are allowed in the gym as long as 3m distancing is maintained.
- All participants must maintain 3m of physical distance while in the facility.
We have had to adapt our programming in order to meet these requirements and we have created a detailed Return To Play plan and participant guides to provide more clarity on these changes. Please take a moment to review them here.
Our aim is to ensure we are offering the best possible experience to our community considering the circumstances and ultimately, we want everyone to feel 100% confident in their return to the gym. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don’t hesitate to be in touch.
Thank you for your continued support! We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the gym soon.
