Update on upcoming programs

We believe that communication is key and we have been receiving a lot of questions regarding our upcoming spring session, programs and bookings. Please see below for our most recent update.

Dear KSG Families,

First off, we’d like to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who has been in touch with us to offer their support and kind words in this uncertain time. We are so lucky to have such a caring and understanding community. We value you and your trust in us. As the landscape continually changes, we appreciate your patience.

We are receiving many emails and calls about our plans for the upcoming spring session and other future programming and bookings. We recognize that our families have many questions. Questions about cancellation policies, the reimbursement of fees, timelines around when/how participants will be allowed to resume gymnastics class, and many more. Answers to these questions will be forthcoming in the coming days, as details for these plans will take time to solidify; however, we commit to providing you with an update and plan of action early next week as more firm directions are set.

We want to assure you that we are taking a thoughtful and responsive approach to our planning. Our gym is cleaner than ever and we are getting all lesson plans and materials prepared to resume programming on Monday, March 30th. However, we want to manage expectations and let you know that this could change. We may be delayed by a week, a month or even longer – we just don’t know. Believe us, we wish we had more certainty to share with you. This is challenging for us all.

One thing we know for sure is that we are a business of integrity and as we adapt, we will do the right thing. This means providing full credits or refunds for any missed programming due to these circumstances.

We know that you have family members who are cartwheeling across the kitchen and jumping on the couch right now and we have staff members who are ready to coach. We are all working hard to ensure we can return to programming without missing a beat as soon as safely possible.

Our team recognizes that this is a challenging time for our families and community as we adapt to the changing environment around us. We are optimistic that together, we will persevere and move forward. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding. We will continue to keep you informed.

Please email us with any and all questions you may have: info@ksgymnastics.com

Thank you,

Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics
