We do not allow membership or program pauses/holds.
When a family provides cancellation notice by the 15th of the month, they are removed from the class at the end of the month and the open spot is offered to the next waitlisted participant. We run our classes at full capacity whenever possible.
If the dropped student would like to re-enroll, they must choose a class with an open spot or join the waitlist. We do offer waitlist priority for member re-enrollment, behind those students who are currently in a program and waiting to age up/level up or transfer.
If a family would like to take a break from gymnastics but also guarantee a spot upon their return, they must continue paying the monthly tuition fee.
Our continuous monthly programs do not run in July and August. All associated tuition fees are also not processed during these months. All registrations that are active at the end of June will automatically rollover and resume in September.
